Judge Victoria Brennan: Passionate and Dedicated County Court Judge

Vetted and nominated by the Judicial Nominating Commission of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Judge Victoria Brennan began her career as a judge in county court, serving in this role for over four years.

Though she came up for reappointment after two years, she stood for election unopposed. Early on in her service, she managed cases involving tenant/landlord matters as well as sums of money less than $15,000 and later went on to preside over the court’s Domestic Violence Division.

Judge Victoria Brennan has dedicated her career to being in a position to address injustices in her community, including neglected children. Before her time on the bench, she served as a staff attorney with the Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program, advocating for the rights of children neglected and abused within the Florida foster care system.
